Over the years, I’ve noticed something

People often arrive looking for a solution — a new floor, a different layout, more light.

But the questions they ask are rarely the most important ones.

They might focus on colour, cost, or availability.

But underneath that, there is usually something else:

how the space is being used

what has changed

what the home actually needs to support now

Without understanding that, it’s easy to make decisions that feel right in the moment — but don’t quite solve the problem.

The conversation I offer simply creates the space to step back to understand that first.
